I met mr gangwani after my Cataract surgery had been cancelled 3 times due to a smaller eye size. I’m only just over 40 years old so am very young to have a cataract, my eyes are a 9+ either with glasses or contact lenses, so I have never really been able to see without help. After having my right eye done, all went well vision in my right eye was so much better even before the cataract. As my left eye was now a different strength I opted to have the lense replaced as the balance was giving me headaches and mr gangwani agreed to do it. I have just had my check up after just over a week after the op and all going very well, that after wearing glasses since I was 4 years old I now can see without, obviously the vision is not 20/20 but for the first time I wake up I can see straight away. It is the best feeling ever. So Thank You very much Mr Gangwani for everything

From my first meeting with Mr Gangwani, I was reassured and put at ease by his careful and clear explanation of cataracts and their treatment and during the recent removal of my first cataract, he provided a calm atmosphere in the theatre such that the whole procedure was straightforward, pain-free and accomplished in 20 minutes or so. From the removal of my eye-patch the following morning, I had fully re-established my clear distance vision. Mr Gangwani is a man clearly at the top of his field and I would warmly recommend him to others.

Mr. Gangwani treated me for both my cataracts. Throughout, he was professional and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what my treatment options were and was very reassuring especially when answering any queries and concerns that I raised. During each procedure, he explained each step clearly, telling me exactly what I would feel which put me at ease especially as I felt quite anxious prior to my first operation. The results of both my operations have been excellent and I am delighted with the vision that I now have. I am very grateful for the care that I received by Mr. Gangwani.

Mr. Gangwani was very courteous and caring during all my consultations and operations. He examined my eyes thoroughly to prescribe the necessary lenses to replace the cataracts. His excellent operative technique meant that I recovered very quickly to enable my optician to provide the glasses to complement Mr Gangwani's work to allow me to see from close up to long distance with no problem. I fully recommend Mr Gangwani to any patient seeking cararact surgery.

During two separate surgical procedures, Mr Vinod Gangwani successfully performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. His pre-op care, courteous understanding and professional manner gave me confidence to proceed. I am over 80 years old and the results have not only greatly improved my eyesight, but also given me confidence and wellbeing, having worn glasses and contact lenses for over 45 years! I consider him to be an outstanding and very talented Ophthalmic Surgeon to whom I am most grateful.
